We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling without incurring any fees. In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, a charge equivalent to 75% of the service will be applied to the credit card on file. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and therefore we offer two instances of late cancellations or reschedulings at no charge. However, any subsequent late cancellations or reschedulings with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to the 75% service charge. Thank you for your understanding.
